A tool to track your investments and personal finances: you record your trades, transactions and accounts (by hand or by importing them from your broker or bank) and the app calculates metrics such as returns, comparison with indices, dividends or tax estimates, from your data and market prices.
It is not advice. Farwise does not recommend buying or selling anything and does not replace a financial or tax adviser. Read the investment notice.
Farwise is offered in a Free plan and a Pro plan. Today neither is charged: the Pro plan has no cost during the beta phase and is assigned by the administrator.
If Pro ever becomes a paid plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, with the price and conditions, and you will only be charged if you expressly accept. We will never make an automatic charge without your consent: if you do not accept, your account stays on Free.
The Free plan lets you track by hand up to 30 instruments, 20 watchlist stocks, 5 Finances accounts and 5 net-worth assets. Pro adds:
If your plan goes down (for example, when a Pro period ends), nothing is deleted: whatever exceeds the Free limits stays visible and exportable, but you will not be able to add more until you are back within the limit or move to Pro.
Market data and artificial intelligence are resources shared by all users. So that nobody exhausts everyone else’s, each account has daily limits that reset at midnight in its time zone (the one you choose in your account; by default, Madrid’s). Today:

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, notifying you whenever possible.
The service is provided “as is”. Prices and market data come from Farwise’s own market data service, which queries public and third-party sources, and may contain errors, delays or gaps; calculations derive from what you record. Check any figure before making decisions with real money. We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption.
Farwise is an information tool: it does not provide financial, tax or legal advice, and the investment or tax decisions you make are yours. We are therefore not liable for losses or damages arising from decisions made with the information in the service, nor for errors, delays or interruptions in market data or calculations.
In any case, our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you have paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it; while the service is free, that amount is €0.
Nothing above limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited: liability arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights granted to you by consumer protection law.
You can download all your data at any time from Settings → My account and delete your account instantly. How we process it is explained in the privacy policy.
If we change these terms in a relevant way we will notify you by email or inside the app before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, disputes will be settled by the courts of your place of residence, as established by consumer protection law. In all other cases, by the courts of the holder’s registered address.
